Shipping Information:
Orders will leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Orders will arrive to:
East Coast locations in 1-3 days,
Central U.S. locations in 3-5 days
West Coast in 5-7 days.
Shipping Company: Orders will be shipped by our choice of truck carriers. (e.g. YRC, Old Dominion, New England Motor Freight etc..).
ALL ORDERS IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ARE GUARANTEED TO HAVE SHIPPING COSTS NOT EXCEED 10% OF THE ORDER.
Damages: We urge you to notate any visible damages on your Delivery Receipt presented to you by the delivering truck driver (e.g. “2 cartons visibly crushed” etc.). Within 3 days, any visible or concealed damages should be counted, listed by item # and individual pieces damaged, and faxed to us at 718-336-4536 or E-mail us at info@edaint.com. Upon receipt of your listing, we will issue a credit to you.
Returns: No returns of any kind will be accepted without a written authorization of an RMA #.
